Order and Payment – Studio Giancarlo Valle

Prices displayed on our website are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges. Taxes will be calculated and added during the checkout/quotation process. Shipping costs and other handling charges can be provided upon request. All of our collection products are made to order, unless otherwise noted. Full payment is required in advance to initiate the production process, including the preparation and material purchasing. Once we have begun the production process, no refund shall be made.
We accept the following payment methods: checks, wire transfers, ACH payments, and credit cards. Please note that there is a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
Product prices listed on our website do not include shipping and handling charges, unless otherwise stated. Given the custom nature of our products, most of our collection items require special packing, crating, and handling. If requested, SGV may assist in receiving freight quotes with preferred partners. Clients are also welcome to use their own preferred shipping service. Clients are responsible for all international shipping logistics coordination. We do offer Customer Own Material (COM) for most of our collection items; please note that the studio needs to review a cut for approval (CFA) before the order is placed. All CFAs are to be sent to the studio’s address. SGV offers its collection in recommended fabrics designed specifically for each piece.
Due to the nature of COM requests, SGV cannot guarantee COM fabrics will be best suited to each piece but will make reasonable effort to ensure the best possible application. SGV is not responsible for damages, orientations, qty, pattern and such, incurred by the use of COM orders.
