DELIVERY / SHIPPING

We have a reliable and affordable delivery service for all NYC and Domestic clients and quotes can be provided for all purchases. We do not include delivery costs in the price of any of our products, though costs are estimated at point of purchase according to delivery location. For example, if you specify an NYC address, the charge for our white Glove Delivery Service can range from $75 to $150, depending on the distance of travel and size/quantity of items. In the event the you go with the shipper recommended by us, all shipping and handling charges will be paid directly to the gallery.

For all international deliveries, we can recommend a shipping contact or organize the delivery on your behalf. Shipping may incur additional charges, such as import duties, so the cost given at point of purchase is an estimate only.

We also advise all international customers get in touch with their local authorities in case of specific import duties. Please email inventory@giancarlovalle.com for details.

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS

In the event a return is necessary, please contact the showroom at (646) 926-2224. Pending the reason for the return, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping as well as a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase

Custom orders that are place cannot be refunded once the item has gone into production and can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. You are entitled to cancel your contract within 7 working days of placing your order with us. If this is outside the 7 day period, we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the order.

APPROVALS

We offer an approval service for clients within NYC and occationally around the tristate area, which gives you the opportunity to try an item before committing to a purchase. Please contact our team for further details.
